Cancellation & Postponement Policy:

Conference Bookings:
1. Cancellations made up to 2 days prior to the booking date will incur a 25% charge on the final bill.
2. Postponements requested up to 2 days prior to the booking date will incur a 20% charge on the final bill.

1. If the booking is cancelled 5 days prior the event , then the advance payment will be non-refundable.
2. The cafe will remain open to walk-in customers during your event. Our guests will be shifted to private cabins to ensure some privacy.
3. Basic noise from machines (e.g., coffee machines or preparation of food) may be present.
4. Advance payment required to confirm booking venue. Booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
5. Outside food is not allowed. Since we have an In-house cafe we can customize the food packets based on your budget.
6. If another client confirms with payment for the same slot before you, we will accept their booking.
